Haiti a failed nation state? What can the DR (Dominican
Republic) do to pretect itself from the impoverished
masses that have had enough of Haiti's legendary hell:
comprised of weather catastrophes and runaway gangs
that have hi-jcked the country. Is the DR effectively
integrating its immigrants? Is the DR colour blind
or is there brown on black one upsmanship? Jason and
Milton deconstuct an island in turmoil; the haves
versus the have-nots. The former enjoying billions
of dollars in tourist revenues, the latter a nation
in debt up to its jugular.
